This Bulman 2-deck tower is sturdily constructed of tubular steel and a strong steel base. The paper cutter occupies a minimum of floor or countertop space to provide convenient loading, dispensing and cutting of paper rolls. Features a serrated blade on the BOTTOM dispenser, and a regular dull tension bar on TOP dispenser.
